Staffing Agency
Built an interactive HTML dashboard that processes 2+ years of recruiter activity data from Aqore. Surfaces placement rates, submission-to-offer ratios, and productivity trends by rep — giving leadership the visibility to coach and make comp decisions based on actual numbers.
Challenge
Leadership was managing a team of 15+ recruiters with no unified view of individual performance. Data lived in the ATS but was never surfaced in a usable format.
Approach
Built a standalone HTML/JS dashboard that pulls from exported Aqore data, normalizes it, and renders KPI cards, trend charts, and rep comparisons. Designed to be viewable without any login or infrastructure — just a file.
Results
Regional Job Board / Staffing
Designed and deployed a dual-pipeline automation system that scans 500+ job postings daily across multiple sources, matches them against candidate profiles, and delivers real-time email alerts via n8n.
Challenge
Candidates were missing relevant job openings because manually curating postings was too slow. The volume was too high for human monitoring.
Approach
Built two parallel n8n pipelines: one for scraping and normalizing job data, one for candidate matching and delivery. Deployed on Next.js / Vercel with an admin interface for managing sources and candidate profiles.

AI-powered candidate evaluation pipeline that scores applicants against role requirements, generates structured readiness reports, and routes candidates through a decision framework — reducing screening time per candidate from 45 minutes to under 10.
Challenge
Screening volumes were creating a bottleneck that delayed time-to-hire. Recruiters were spending most of their time on candidates who clearly weren't fits.
Approach
Built an evaluation pipeline using the Claude API to score candidate profiles against structured role criteria. Output is a formatted readiness report with a confidence score, key gaps, and a recommended next step.

B2B Services
Designed and deployed a 6-email HTML nurture sequence via GoHighLevel for a B2B services company targeting mid-market accounts. Sequence was built around a 30-day drip with content mapped to objection stages.
Challenge
Sales team was following up manually with no consistency. Leads were going cold after the first touchpoint because there was no structured follow-up system.
Approach
Built out GHL contact workflow, wrote and designed 6 custom HTML emails mapped to decision stages, set trigger conditions for each step, and created suppression logic for leads that convert or opt out.

Full rebrand from "Friday Services" to Friday Workforce Solutions — new visual identity, updated messaging, and rebuilt website. Managed the transition across all digital touchpoints.

Developed new brand system, updated all digital assets, rebuilt the website with new positioning and messaging, and managed the rollout to minimize disruption.
